About Shilajit
Shilajit is a nutrient also known as "the tears of the Himalayas". According to Ayurveda, it is part of the rasayana, which means "rejuvenating, revitalizing". Ayurveda has long used it to draw strength and power. Half vegetable half mineral, this substance,ofa rubbery texture, is a mixture of rock andhumus . This substance comes out of the rock like many other minerals, but this one is the result of an assembly of plant matter and rocks mixed and agglomerated. Over the years, the moss, flowers and all the organic matter that was trapped by the stone have gradually merged with it to finally offer us this exceptional product!
2 capsules 3 times a day with meals.
