The plants that make up our product " Rasavana " are guduchi, tulsi (extract), ashwagandha, amalaki (extract), curcuma longa, black pepper and ginger. This exclusive preparation of AYur-vana meets the strict requirements of a formula known as rasayana, i.e. which detoxifies and regenerates the body according to Ayurveda. It will allow to preserve the cells and to wake up the physical tonus and the intellectual vitality which each one carries in him.
In Ayurveda, there are many rasayana preparations. The one proposed by AYur-vana includes the main plants used in Ayurvedic medicine. Taken individually, each of these plants has an action on the body, but combined in Rasavana, they act in synergy to offer a "youthful boost" to the body.
Our Rasavana is made of plants and organic extracts.
What is the action of each of these plants?
- The guduchi is a natural shield for the body.
- Tulsi is detoxifying and also calms the breathing.
-Ashwagandha revitalizes and stimulates.
-Amalaki is a very appreciated antioxidant.
- Turmeric longa is known for its anti-inflammatory and regenerating action.
- Black pepper stimulates digestion.
- Ginger is stimulating and anti-inflammatory
1 to 2 capsules 3 times a day with meals.
For 6 capsules: Guduchi* (tinospora cordifolia) 480 mg, Ashwagandha powder* (withania somnifera) 480 mg, Amalaki* (emblica officinalis) 480 mg, Curcuma longa* 300 mg, black pepper* (piper nigrum) 120 mg, ginger* (zingiber officinale) 120 mg, vegetarian capsule (hypromellose).
