Pitta people need to calm the fire that is the dominant element of this dosha. They must therefore pay special attention to their skin, which must be softened and soothed.
People with a Pitta constitution often have sensitive and reactive skin, prone to irritation and inflammation, and need calming, soothing and cooling treatments (due to their high body temperature). Pitta massage oil is antioxidant and nourishing. It softens the skin and soothes the epidermis of Pitta. It firms and preserves the elasticity of all skin types.
The ayurvedic massage oil Pitta is 100% based on sesame oil* in which we macerated the Indian plants indicated below. Essential oil of tea tree comes to perfect this preparation.
Centella asiatica : repairing, healing and soothing
Shatavari : softening, it protects and nourishes the tissues
Aloe vera gel: soothing, moisturizing and refreshing
Triphala : antioxidant, toning, regenerating
Tea tree oil: anti-inflammatory
Good to know: sesame oil is reputed to slow down the appearance of white hair with a head massage once or twice a week.
Use this oil as often as needed.
