About the plant: Garcinia is a shrub that grows in the rain forests of India. It gives a yellow fruit with pumpkin-like appearance whose rind is full of active substances. If there are nearly 180 species of Garcinia, it is the Garcinia Cambogia proposed here that is particularly renowned for its slimming action.
In dose of attack: 2 capsules morning, midday and evening before each of the 3 principal meals.
In dose of maintenance: 2 capsules per day, 30 minutes before the most copious meal.
Ingredients for 6 capsules: extract of fruit peels of Garcinia cambogia* (Tree) 1800 mg including 60% hydroxycitric acid (HCA) 1080 mg, acacia fiber* 300 mg, vegetarian capsule (hypromellose).
