Guduchi, a plant native to India, is used in Ayurveda to strengthen the immune system.
Fatigue, the feeling of catching every virus that comes along, nervousness and sometimes even stress are all signs that the body is down. It is no longer able to defend itself properly. It is at this moment that Guduchi will reveal all its utility.
It stimulates the immune system, tones the body in general and potentiates the effects of Shatavari and Ashwagandha.
The Guduchi is consumed at the same time in prevention, notably thanks to its natural wealth of antioxidants and alkaloids and in support, to recover more quickly during the periods of convalescence. Benefit undoubtedly due to the minerals in which it abounds (calcium, phosphorus, iron, copper, zinc and manganese).
In Ayurvedic medicine, Guduchi is also called Amrit. This Sanskrit term literally means "nectar" or "ambrosia". The classification of this plant as Amrit indicates its high status and sacredness in Ayurveda.
Did you know that? The Guduchi is a beautiful climbing plant with heart-shaped leaves. It is said that it can survive without receiving water or soil, subsisting only on air.
